If you have other computer issues that need attention, we'll have a look for a $20 diagnosis fee. (On-Site Service Diagnosis Fee is $49.) If, after diagnosing the problem, you wish for us to repair it, we'll let you know up front what the flat fee or hourly rate will be based on the issue itself. The $20 (or $49) diagnosis fee, while not refundable, WILL be credited toward the repair itself should you decide to move forward. As many situations are unique, we may not be able to solve 100% of your computer issues. If you are out of our local service area, and we cannot fix your issue remotely, we will give you the option to ship your system to us for repair. For the lightest of computer issues, we often ONLY charge the Diagnosis Fee, especially when an issue is fixed in the process of conducting the diagnosis. Many other companies would still charge over and above in those cases. We aren't going to charge you excessive fees to fix simple issues.
